Policies

PAYMENT
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. All Sydney Squad memberships take place via PayPal. If you have any changes that need to be made with your monthly/annual payment information, you will have to do so with PayPal as we have no control over those accounts, nor do we have access to that information. 

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.


SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:


Please review your shipping, contact, billing and payment information for accuracy before submitting an order. Billing information must match the billing information you have on file with the issuing bank.

Please note that Royal Change is unable to combine multiple orders or change a shipping address once the order has been placed. You may be able to cancel your order (within 1 hour of placing it) and place the order again with the correct shipping address.

For any order returned to Royal Change due to incorrect address, customer will receive refund of purchase price of item if still in like new condition, but will not receive a refund for shipping charges. Royal Change is not responsible for items lost in transit, damaged, missing, and/or stolen from property. If items are lost, damaged, missing, and/or stolen from your property, please file a claim with your delivery service provider.

Royal Change also does not have the ability to manage how and/or where the delivery service leaves your packages - this is a matter you need to consult with your delivery service provider. 


Please allow a handling time of 3-5 business days for all orders. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES):
For international orders going to Canada, goods will be shipped DDP (delivered duties paid). This applies to orders shipping USPS First Class International only and will automatically apply to orders weighing under 4 lbs with the value of goods up to $400. If your order is over 4 lbs/$400 in value, your order will ship USPS Priority DDU and you will be responsible for any applicable duties/taxes upon delivery.

For all other international orders, we currently ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid), so if you place an order for delivery, you will be responsible for paying any applicable VAT and duty charges on your order’s arrival, if charged, along with any other applicable fees.


For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. Import duties are not included and you will be responsible for them upon arrival (with the exception of Canada/USPS First Class International). For any international order returned to Royal Change due to non payment of customs fees, duty charges, VAT, or any applicable fees, customer will receive refund of purchase price of item if still in like new condition but will not receive a refund for shipping charges. Shipping charges will also not be refunded for items returned due to not being claimed or for incorrect address. Royal Change is not responsible for items lost in transit. If items are lost, please file a claim with your delivery service provider. Tracking information is not provided for international orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

ITEM AVAILABILITY 
Merchandise availability on RoyalChange.fit is subject to change.

To stay informed of promotions and new arrivals, register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. If an order is placed and an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
 
Sale Policy
Items discounted 30% or more on the website are final sale and not eligible for returning.
This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning items for a refund.
Items discounted under 30% are welcome to be returned for an exchange or refund.
 
We do not price match for items that may become discounted at any time.

Need To Cancel An Order?

You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing the order; however, if 60 minutes have passed since placing your order, you won’t be able to cancel your order. But don’t worry—you can return the items within 30 days. Please send us an email at: support@royalchange.fit with your name, address, order number, and email used to place the order and notify us of your request.


Digital Product/Service Policies:

PLEASE NOTE: All digital and service products, including Sydney Squad memberships, are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.

Sydney Squad Membership Policies:


SYDNEY SQUAD SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS:
Access and utilization of the materials within the SydneySquad requires a Facebook account. Usage requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed monthly on the day of the month the account is originally drafted.

Payment will be charged to your method of payment via PayPal. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing unless you cancel and then sign up at a later date after pricing has been increase, if the event should happen.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off within your PayPal manage automatic payments settings within your account settings; however, once charged, as this is a digital product and service (see return policy below), user will have access to the group for the remainder of the subscription period and will not receive a refund for the remainder of the subscription period.  You may also contact us at support@royalchange.fit with your name and profile ID to cancel your membership or click the unsubscribe shortcut on the "Contact Us" page.

SYDNEY SQUAD RETURN POLICY
As all of the Sydney Squad products are digital, they are deemed "used" immediately after joining. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product. Please contact support@royalchange.fit to see how we can remedy any problems you may have with this.
