HUSTLE December 2024 - Workout & Stretch Calendar
The holiday season is full of joy, family time, and festivities—but it’s also BUSY. That’s why I’ve designed HUSTLE, a workout program that keeps you moving, energized, and feeling strong, without taking over your schedule.
This program is your solution to staying consistent while balancing everything December throws at you. With just 30 minutes a day, these strength and low-impact cardio workouts are designed to maximize your results in minimal time, leaving you free to enjoy the season stress-free. Our final workout of each week will be 20 minutes long and will focus on pilates or yoga training to maintain mobility, core control, and low impact exercises that target the whole body.
This 5-day-per-week program includes 3 brand new workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 2 additional linked workouts from our YouTube channel on Tuesday and Saturday. Each week we will have a full body, cardio, lower body, upper body, and pilates/yoga workout with conditioning and mobility aspects peppered in throughout the program. The aim is to keep you moving, building strength, and maintaining overall fitness, even during the busiest time of the year.
